The purpose of LTC is to train current and future leaders for ministry at Seaside and beyond.  The class is taught in a Community-style environment, where we focus on working through leadership issues and questions, training on bible, theology, church/mission, and world/culture subject, and building community amongst people at Seaside.

Right now we are leading a larger group training involving a collaborative effort of our 8 Communities through the book/DVD "How People Change" on Tuesdays @ 7pm at the building (1317 Sheldon Blvd Bremerton WA 98337). Kid care is free and provided.
